Privacy policy
This policy covers signing in to Ayna’s Ponder console at console.aynaponders.com. The console is only for the consultants Ayna invites.
What’s collected
- If you sign in with Google: the email address and name Google shares with the console.
- If you sign in with a one-time code: the email address you enter.
Cloudflare, which runs the sign-in, also logs each sign-in: the email address, the time and the IP address it came from.
Why
Only to let the consultants Ayna invites sign in to the console, and to keep everyone else out.
Where it’s kept
With Cloudflare, in Ayna’s own Cloudflare account, where the console runs.
Sharing
Ayna doesn’t share it with anyone, and never sells it.
How long
For as long as you’re one of Ayna’s consultants. The console’s audit trail keeps your email address with each change you made in it, and Cloudflare keeps its sign-in logs for its own retention period.
